Note By booking with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

 

  • All bookings must be confirmed in writing via email, website form, or through our authorized agents.
  • Booking is confirmed only after receiving the minimum deposit or full payment as specified
  • Transportation provided will be as per itinerary only (not at disposal)
  • The package does not include guide services
  • Hotel and Transportation as per availability.
  • Hotel ratings and amenities are based on information provided by suppliers and may vary.
  • In case of hotel unavailability, we reserve the right to provide an alternative of similar or higher category.
  • Package rates are subject to change without prior notice
  • The package cannot be combined with any other offer
  • Any changes to travel dates, passenger names, or services are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • Refund on cancellation strictly depends upon concerned cancellation policy of Hotel, Flight & Cab and TEAM TRIPVASI
  • The above package is not valid during national holidays, festivals & long weekends (Subject to Confirmation )
  • Flight Cost can change without any prior notice.
  • In case of any Cancellation Due to COVID-19 Situation or Lockdown Full Refund/Credit Shell will be given against Paid Amount depends on Hotel/Airlines/Transporter.
  • Rider Will Require Valid Driver’s License
  • It is mandatory for all guests to carry valid identification proof at the time of check-in. The identification proof accepted are Voter’s ID Card, Passport, & Driver’s license. PAN cards are not accepted as valid ID proof.
  • It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure possession of valid passports, visas, and any other required travel documentation.
  • The agency is not responsible for denied boarding or entry due to incomplete or invalid documentation.
  • Travelers are responsible for assessing their own health condition and travel risk before and after the booking
  • Our tour captain reserves the right to take strict actions against a guest, if any action by the guest is deemed inappropriate by the tour captain or if any inappropriate behavior is brought to the attention of the tour captain.
  • The agency is not liable for any delay or failure in performance due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, wars, or pandemics
  • The agency acts only as an intermediary between travelers and service providers (e.g., airlines, hotels, transport services).
  • We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, caused by third-party services.
  • All accidents are undertaken at the individual’s own risk; we accept no liability.
  • In the event of road blockages or landslides, the agency reserves the right to alter the itinerary without prior notice in the interest of safety and practicality. Alternate arrangements will be made where possible, but additional costs (if any) may be borne by the traveler.

Road blockages due to snow/ landslides, weather conditions, or other natural events are beyond the control of the travel agency. These may cause delays, detours, or cancellations of planned travel itineraries

  • At the Booking of 30% of total package cost
  • 30-10 days before Trip 30% of the total Package cost
  • After pick up 100% of total  Package cost

At TripVasi, we aim to provide our customers with a smooth and enjoyable travel experience. We understand that plans may change due to unforeseen circumstances. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding cancellations and refunds to ensure clarity and transparency for all our clients.

1. General Cancellation Policy

1.1 Booking Cancellations

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to our customer support team. Verbal or phone cancellations will not be accepted.
  • Approval of cancellations is subject to our review. The refundable amount will depend on the cancellation timeline and type of service booked.

1.2 Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

1.3 Non-Refundable Bookings

  • Certain bookings, such as promotional offers, last-minute deals, and specific non-refundable services, are not eligible for refunds.

2. Cancellation Charges

2.1 Air Tickets

  • All flight bookings are non-refundable. No refund will be issued in case of cancellation.

2.2 Tour Packages
 Cancellation charges for tour packages are as follows:

  • More than 30 days before travel: 30% of total tour cost
  • 30 to 20 days before travel: 50% of total tour cost
  • 20 to 10 days before travel: 75% of total tour cost
  • Less than 10 days before travel: 100% of total tour cost (No refund)

Note: Cancellation terms may vary based on hotel and transport providers. During peak seasons (e.g., long weekends, festivals, summer holidays), many hotels enforce a 100% cancellation fee.

3. Force Majeure & Unforeseen Circumstances

3.1 Definition
 TripVasi is not  responsible for cancellations or changes caused by factors beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, or government regulations.

3.2 Our Approach
 In such events, we will make every effort to offer rescheduling or alternative arrangements. However, refunds may not be available if our service providers (hotels, airlines, etc.) do not offer compensation.

4. Amendment Policy

4.1 Customer-Initiated Changes

  • Requests to modify bookings (e.g., travel dates, destinations, or services) are subject to availability and additional charges.
  • All amendment requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to approval.

4.2 Amendments by

  • If changes are necessary from our end due to operational reasons, we will notify you promptly and provide suitable alternatives.

5. Special Cases

5.1 Visa Rejections

  • In case of visa denial, standard cancellation terms will apply.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all visa requirements are met in advance.

5.2 No-Show Policy

  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows, i.e., if the traveler fails to attend the scheduled trip or activity.

6. Refund Exclusions

6.1 Third-Party Services

  • Refunds will not cover expenses for services not booked through TripVasi (e.g., local transportation, meals, or personal expenses).

6.2 Partial Service Usage

  • No refunds will be provided for partially used services, such as skipped hotel nights or missed tours.

7. Customer Responsibilities

7.1 Accurate Information

  • Customers must provide correct personal and travel details during booking. Any errors (e.g., name, date of birth, travel dates) may incur additional charges for corrections.

7.2 Policy Compliance

  • Customers are expected to comply with the cancellation and refund policies of all third-party service providers (hotels, airlines, etc.) involved in their booking.

8. Policy Revisions

We reserves the right to update or amend this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time, without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being published on our official website.

9. Acknowledgment
